A Penny Dreadful party!

Well, last night I went to a most wonderful party, hosted by Margaret of Penny Dreadful Vintage, to celebrate the launch of her new full-time business venture selling beautiful vintage clothes from the 20's to the 80's.

I made my way up there after my shift with Vintage Patisserie, wearing this dress that I made, and my 1930's beaded cardigan:

Yes, I am sneaky...this is an old photo of my trusty glamorous VP work outfit as
I do not have one from last night, but is exactly what I wore!
Of course, I never (always) wear the same outfit twice...shhhhh, that's between you and me.

Now, I unfortunately have ZERO photos from the party as my phone battery died prior to my arrival (I know, I know, I am a bad blogger), but it was a rather great affair or pimms, party food, and dressing up in glorious clothes!

I ate some of LandGirl1980's WWII scones, tried on wonderful clothes, and we even got a party bag upon departure...now that's a sign of a good party, don't you think?

I met some most wonderful people and had a great time- thank you Margaret!

I urge you all to go to the Penny Dreadful Vintage shop and check out her wonderful goodies...

Pip pip xx
